Nothing

Hi,
I tried to reproduce this issue with an email opened from address bar and another test with mail to, on both cases a new email is opened. Could you please provide us some extra steps and the link or site used.

Hi,

I've tried to uninstall / reinstall Firefox, and ... same result here.
Either with a link or with address bar.

I've tried wit hEdge, and no problem, Outlook 2016 window open for a new mail.

OS is W10 Enterprise, in active directory with administrator rights.
Version 1809 - 17763.775

Office is 2016 Enterprise, and Outlook is already selected as default mail app.

"Repair Firefox" don't solve the issue
"Safe mode" don't solve the issue

Please find troubleshooting information below .
