Attachment: Bug 1595922 - Change 'Delete' to 'Remove' in about:logins. r=sfoster!

Try to reduce confusion of users thinking it will delete their account (especially when there is a breach). This also aligns with the text we used in the old management UI.

I have verified this issue using the Firefox Release 72 (Build ID: 20200103162918), latest Nightly 77.0a1 (Build ID: 20200415092524), Firefox Beta 76.0b4 (Build ID: 20200412214314), Firefox Release 75 (Build ID: 20200403170909) on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14, Ubuntu 18.04 x64.

• The “Delete” string of the buttons from Login view and Confirmation dialog is changed to “Removed”.
• The “Delete” string of “Delete this login?” question from the confirmation dialog is changed to “Removed”.
