We need to have CI jobs that basically run cargo test (potentially with a few features selected) on the "wgpu" root.
We can follow WebRender, which has the following jobs in TC:
- /taskcluster/ci/webrender
- /taskcluster/docker/webrender
- /taskcluster/ci/toolchain
A separate docker image needs to be set up as well.
