Specifically browser_RemoteWebNavigation.js and browser_httpResponseProcessSelection.js.
This updates browser_RemoteWebNavigation.js to only do same-origin navigations
in test_flags, and updates browser_httpResponseProcessSelection.js to skip the
disabled test when Fission is enabled.

This only partially fixes the second test, the remaining work is blocked by bug 1596454.

Tentatively moving all bugs whose summaries mention "Fission" (or other Fission-related keywords) but are not assigned to a Fission Milestone to the "?" triage milestone.
This will generate a lot of bugmail, so you can filter your bugmail for the following UUID and delete them en masse:

Note that browser_httpResponseProcessSelection.js was renamed to browser_documentChannel.js in bug 1592894. We'll unskip that test in bug 1596454.
