Maybe just removing "XBL" from the strings (mAllowXUL / AllowXUL / ForceEnableXUL) is the right description of what this does. Seems like it should be if the comment here is accurate: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/e7c61f4a68b974d5fecd216dc7407b631a24eb8f/dom/base/Document.h#3077-3080.
