Details

Separate bug from bug 1595622 because the symptoms are different.

I created an interactive task based on https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/tasks/e-sbR-5aTZ6yKonEKatWYw

It emailed me the link, I clicked on it, got a shell.html, clicked on it, it came up with the familiar double header. But the shell prompt never appeared. It stayed as a black screen.
