Scrolling back and forth fixes it.

Spent a bit of time this afternoon to try and reproduce, didn't see anything while scrolling around Twitter.
Kris, are you able to repro - out of curiosity?

No, can't reproduce on Pixel 3 XL and Pixel 2 XL. Emilio's phone is a Samsung Galaxy, so might just be a device specific bug.
