The current file download dialog
Currently the file download dialog looks too old-school:
- It's a popup window.
- Way larger than IE/Edge non-popup download dialog
- Includes several sentences that nobody really wants to read every time
Could we modernize/simplify that dialog? Maybe something looks consistent with the current download panel UI?
