Brief Description of the request (required):

Fission telemetry dashboard

Business purpose for this request (required):

Fission is a critical Firefox security project. Fission may negatively impact Firefox's memory usage and have mixed impact on performance, so we'd like a dashboard we can use to monitor Fission's release readiness.

We'd like something modeled after the WebRender telemetry dashboard:

Ideally including:

• Comparison of Fission/non-Fission telemetry
• Comparison of Fission/non-Fission stability (crash rates and crash incidence from MCv2?)
• Bugzilla bug burndown.
  • Fission M5 milestone
  • Fission MVP milestone

Requested timelines for the request or how this fits into roadmaps or critical decisions (required):

Late 2019 Q4 or early 2020 Q1 would be good because we hope to start testing Fission in the Firefox Nightly channel in Q1.

We'll want to add other telemetry probes to the dashboard later. Corey and Sean are brainstorming a list of new probes we might want to add to Firefox specifically for Fission.
