I've disabled cycle_data for jobs until we're comfortable with the recent DB changes (and sleep more comfortably :D).

$ newrelic-admin run-program ./manage.py cycle_data --chunk-size=5000 && curl -d s=$? https://nosnch.in/0c912c182b &> /dev/null
Daily at 5:00 AM UTC

I've re-enabled this since I did a manual run without any DB perf impact.
I will re-enable the perf one on Monday once I'm comfortable with manual runs.
