Details

given we are not migrating fennec nightly with fenix and instead just delisting fenix, this should be a no-op

We just need to know the transition date and release schedule.

Still TBD with product.

Closing this bug in favor of bug 1608882. While the current one is older, bug 1608882 contains more information.
