Details
This is just to display the same thing these locales see today, so no stories just the same layout using the Discovery Stream layout engine.
In theory we could do this for more locales, but the UK and Japan are higher priority so we'll make a focus on those.
If it turns out doing it for reset of world is doable in this bug, we're open to that.

It didn't make sense to do this for just two locales because the work was the same for all of them.
