Under the section Edit->Preferences->Advance->Scripts&Plug-ins, it would be
nice to have a feature to prevent web pages from playing music/sounds without
explicit user permission (this usually happens when the page is loaded).
i.e. just like to option "open unrequested windows" there should be an option
"play unrequested sound files"
