In Mozilla 1.0 RC2, opening a link in Outlook 2002 would cause Mozilla (which is set to my default browser) to open that link in a new window. If that was an available setting, I had reusing windows turned off. I have installed Mozilla 1.1b and have noticed that clicking a link in Outlook causes Mozilla to reuse a window. I can not find the setting to turn reusing windows off. There should be a setting to change this behavior, or the new location should be documented.
This is probably a duplicate of Bug 155402, see that for a workaround.
