1599212 - Remove or otherwise de-overlay the XUL overlay files related to seamonkey/suite

Following up on bug 1508119 there are 4 calendar overlay files that involve seamonkey/suite:

• suite-overlay-preferences.xul
• suite-overlay-addons.xul
• suite-overlay-sidebar.xul (overlays messenger-overlay-sidebar.xul)
• suite-overlay-sidebar.js

Once bug 1592987 is resolved, there will be a clearer picture of what to do with these files (depending on whether calendar becomes a system add-on or is fully integrated into Thunderbird).

The Lightning add-on is being integrated into Thunderbird (see bug 1608610), so these suite overlay files need to be deleted or moved to somewhere in suite/ (likely to a temporary location so they remain easily available). Requesting information from SeaMonkey developers, what would you like us to do with these files?

Thanks Paul. Please move them to suite/mailnews/components/calendar/content/* We will phase them out later and do the integration.
