Steps to reproduce:
Go to https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.2/storage/understanding-persistent-storage.html
switch to reader mode (f9)
Actual results:
the page rendered is way shorter and uncomplete

In reader mode the page stops after the note with the text: "Dynamically provisioned volumes are always deleted." so at 1/4 of the page.
