Noticed while looking at bug 1599481: the path to content process launch that goes through ContentChild::CreateBrowser messaging the parent to create PBrowserBridge and call BrowserBridgeParent::Init doesn't appear to be used in normal browsing in Fission mode (or otherwise) anymore. Is this dead code?
