Steps to reproduce:

On Linux, firefox 70.0.1,

  1. ctrl+shift+h to open history window.
  2. On the left history is grouped by months.
  3. Right click on a month, select Delete.
  4. Nothing happens.

Seems to be fixed in 71.0. I can delete history by the month now.
