1600104 - Allow Fenix to be signed with the Fennec Nightly key.

In [1], [2], and [3], :mhentges enabled Fenix to be signed with the Fennec production key (aka the key that signs Fennec Beta and Fennec Release). In order to test the data migration from Fennec to Fenix, the development now needs Fenix builds that are signed with the Fennec nightly key.

Currently we plan to migrate those users to a Fenix build and to close org.mozilla.fennec_aurora later. We don't want to pursue this appId because the Fennec Nightly key is too old to be carried over the next product.

Fenix nightly is now signed as a Fennec Nightly. :sebastian said it works for him.
