160049 - text-align: center doesn't work on tables.

I've created a test case, attached, that shows a div element with the text-align
style property set to center and another div element with the align property set
to center (on the div, not the style).  I would have expected these to render
the same, and they do in IE 5.5.  It appears to work on text that is just in the
element, but not on a table.  Is this a bug in IE, or in Mozilla?

It's a bug in IE. ;) *text*-align aligns text. Tables are not text.
