Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0
Steps to reproduce:
I enabled WebRender by setting gfx.webrender.enabled and gfx.webrender.all to true, and then received a video call from someone on Facebook Messenger (messenger.com). After it did not work I attempted to call them too, yet it did not work until I set those booleans to false and restarted Firefox.
Actual results:
Instead of being presented with a video, only the grey background was visible. No audio either.
Expected results:
The video should have shown and audio should have played.

Do you think this is a regression or has it always been broken?

I just tried on Ubuntu 18.04 + X11 + latest 73 nightly and it worked. Could you please try on nightly and report? WebRender isn't enabled by default on Linux in release / 70. If it is still broken, please supply your about:support. Thanks!

Okay, just tested again with 70.0.1 both with and without WebRender enabled — and it worked. Rather odd considering that I've had this issue happen prior to this, but it seems I might have been unlucky.
