The documentation for Fluent migrations is one big blob, even after bug 1599045 moved it somewhere more discoverable.

Let's split this up, and enable the doc to be more focused on particular target audiences.

  • Split existing migration document
  • Add some overview on migration recipes
  • Review legacy migration docs
