I'm not sure what's going on here; it looks like we just don't run the animation sometimes. We can obviously mark it as intermittent, but it might be good for birtles to check it out in case there's a Firefox bug we should be fixing.

I don't think there are bugs in Firefox. Even if there were, the test itself should fix apparent flakiness first so that we will not have to spend redundant time on that (If we fix this intermittent, we will definitely need to fix the apparent flakiness first). And I'd like the test author to fix this.
Just curious, if we mark this test as intermittent, we will notice it's no longer intermittent once after it fixed in upstream?

Like Hiro mentioned, this appears to be a poorly-written test. Feel free to disable for now. I can set a reminder to re-enable once the test author fixes it upstream.
