Currently, the certificate manager UI misleads users into thinking they can delete client certificates stored on tokens when this may or may not actually be possible (in particular, it is not possible for the osclientcerts module and we have no plans to make it possible). Since Firefox is not a general-purpose PKCS#11 object manager, we don't need to support deleting client certificates that are stored externally.
