Steps to reproduce:

I'm using signon.includeOtherSubdomainsInLookup = FALSE because I have several credentials stored for every subdomain I manage, and I don't want them to show up all at once on the same domain.

However, since FF 71 every username now has the "from this web site" line after it. The list takes much more space and is really not needed having disabled other subdomains.

It would be useful to remove that extra line when signon.includeOtherSubdomainsInLookup is set to false.

Note the aforementioned about:config preference will apparently be removed at some point: bug 1601558, comment 2.
