This bug is filed per mats's bug 1506293 comment 14.

I've updated https://wiki.mozilla.org/Gecko:Continuation_Model to mention that column-span:all can create non-fluid continuations. Any feedback is welcome.

Yet, I'm not sure how to update the overflow container continuations document in the sense of column-span split, because nsColumnSetFrame creates overflow column boxes and put them in its principle child list. This is still true for any nsColumnSetFrame after the column-span split.

I'll post a patch later to add the wiki link to the relevant comments in nsContainerFrame.h and nsSplittableFrame.h.
