Steps to reproduce:

Happened in Linux
When hide title bar, watch video on fullscreen and exit them

Actual results:

When exits, firefox demaximize window

Expected results:

Maintain... window maximized

Hi Da,

I was unable to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 18.04.3 with Firefox 71.0. But maybe you can provide me with a bit more info.

Does this issue occur with a fresh profile? you can find the steps here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager

Can you please download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem and see if the issue still occurs there as well?

If after doing this you can still reproduce the bug, could you send me a video of the bug? That always helps a lot.

I tried to reproduce this bug in Nightly version and occurrs the same

Some Info about my system:

OS: Debian 9.11 stretch
Kernel: x86_64 Linux 4.9.0-11-amd64
Shell: bash 4.4.12
DE: XFCE
WM: Xfwm4
WM Theme: Canta
GTK Theme: Canta [GTK2]
Icon Theme: Tela-green-dark
Font: Sans 10

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce it on my Linux. But it doesn't sound like a demux or decode issue for videos, so I am moving this to zooming component.

I'm guessing issues related to window maximization are issues in the GTK widget backend. (I suppose it could also be related to the DOM fullscreen API implementation?)
