Hi
I tried to replicate the issue using windows10 64bit and the latest Firefox Nightly release 73.0a1
But videos play fine on my machine. I got an intel integrated graphics tho.

Please download the latest Firefox Nightly release from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.

If you still have the issue please create a new profile, you have the steps here:https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager

Lastly test if the issue is reproducible in safe mode, here is a link that can help you:

Pablo

Tested on Windows 10 1909, with an AMD Vega, using AMD latest driver: Driver Packaging Version
19.30.31.10-191101a-348309E-RadeonSoftwareAdrenalin2019
Prime is working fine.

Can you try with more recent drivers?

Ok, problem overcome only in Firefox Nightly 73.0a1 (2019-12-18) (64-bit).
Hopefully this solution will be integrated into the next update of Firefox Browser

-Tested with AMD drivers (Win10-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2020-Edition-19.12.3-Dec18) (RX 570) & Radeon PRO (19.10.24.06-190725a-346925C-RadeonProEnterprise2019)

Thanks for confirming in Nightly. If you can reproduce in release in safe mode, but not beta, you could try mozregression to see what fixed it, and whether that is something we can uplift from 73 Nightly to 72 Beta.

Otherwise there's not much to do here. Closing as worksforme.
