From IRC with timeless....

show_bug should be able to have some switch (like ?mode=timeless :-) that causes
the list of comments to skip comments that are not desirable.  In particular,
this filter should be able to skip over comments that simply state that one bug
has been marked a duplicate of this one.

(Joel's opinion - the mode= should be flexible enough that it permits the user
to have their own set of customizable filters and name them just like the named
queries)  Also, this should probably block bug 143826 since both of them will be
passing information to the template to decide which comments to skip over.


Seconds item - when attachment statuses are changed, BZ should automatically put
a comment in the bug indicating who made the change and what the change is.
(i.e.  automatic comment that timeless marked attachment 12345 [details] needs-work)

The solution to item two is bug 11368.

This is an enhancement. How badly we need is can be set by the priority field.
