P1 as this might affect other users and makes using devtools impossible.

STR (not sure how I got there):

  • Open cnn.com
  • Open Debugger
  • Enable Pause on exception & Pause on uncaught exception
  • Reload
  • Pauses on exception somewhere …
  • Disable Pause on exception
  • Reload

AR: Pauses again on exception
ER: No pausing

Worked as expected after closing/reopening toolbox.

I just followed the STR and couldn't repeat the error.

I can't repeat either, closing for now.
I'll reopen if I see the problem again.
