Steps to reproduce:

My Firefox session (70.0.1, Fedora 30) has several pinned tabs, one of which is opened to fastmail.com's mail interface. Sometimes I accidentally quit Firefox and quickly restart it, which can sometimes (rarely) result in this issue.

Actual results:

The pinned fastmail.com tab shows a MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_MITM_DETECTED error, reporting that software called "DigiCert Global Root CA" on my computer (I sure hope not) is MitMing my connection.

Expected results:

fastmail.com loads normally.

[I understand that this bug is probably very weird and would like information on what I can do the next time it happens to provide more information about the bug.]
