The test was done by comparing Fennec (68.2.1) and Fenix(20191119043902). For instance, the speedIndex of Fennec is 973.27 and is 1067.47 for Fenix, the differences are noticeable by looking at the video.

Closing this as invalid because recent results show marked improvement for this site.
Test was done by comparing Fennec (68.2.1) and Fenix(2020-02-08 from beta channel). SpeedIndex is +28.79% improvement over Fennec baseline and Perceptual SpeedIndex is +25.49% improvement (compared to the previous Dec 2 results of SI= -42.52% and PSI= -41.03%).
