pressing left arrow in any text fields in the Proxies page will lose focus to
the radio box "Automatic Proxy Configuration URL". Like when a user tries to
enter some text for the proxy field, and press the left arrow key, the focus
will jump to the radio box "Automatic Proxy...."

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Preferences, Advanced, Proxies
2. Choose Manual Proxy Configuration
3. Enter something for the proxy name and press the left arrow key

Actual Results:  the focus jumps to the radio box "Automatic Proxy Configuration
URL"

Expected Results:  the caret goes left by one place

the right and up arrow key are not affected. The down arrow performs the same
thing as the left arrow key
