Came digging through code and bugs to file this as the link still points to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/xr/ which is still a 404 today (Windows, 73.0.1)

This would have ideally been changed to a URL on SUMO; however, this has already reached release.

It seems that the redirect is now up and the link is no longer dead.
See Bug 1618310 for a follow-up, where the link will be changed to avoid the redirect.
