Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://getpocket.com/explore/item/the-art-of-unlearning?utm_source=pocket-newtab
  2. Scroll down slowly.

Expected results:
Scrolling should behave normally.

Actual results:
During scrolling, you can see the bottom of the visible content cut off, scrolling blank spaces into view, and then those blank spaces become filled with content as you scroll more or trigger paints.

This is being investigated in bug 1604821.
