Talos has detected a Firefox performance regression from push:

As author of one of the patches included in that push, we need your help to address this regression.

17% tsvgx linux64-shippable-qr opt e10s stylo 252.41 -> 295.16
17% tsvgx linux64-shippable-qr opt e10s stylo 252.45 -> 295.05
5% tsvg_static linux64-shippable-qr opt e10s stylo 46.15 -> 48.34

I had already spotted this 2nd bump while keeping an eye on Bug 1604410. The patches have been reverted as part of resolving that regression.
The chart shows things going back to normal.
