Steps to reproduce:

Want to have the tab bar displayed at the bottom.

Actual results:

There is no option to move the tab bar down.

Expected results:

Add an option to move the tab bar down.
Consider that:
This is an option requested by many users.
The tab bar shown below is more rational.
So much so that a guide has been introduced on how to do it:

Guide that proves complex, difficult to use, subject to constant changes. Very frustrating for the user.
Much more logical and rational to introduce an option to move the tab bar down.
