User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0
Steps to reproduce:
update from 70.1 to 71 (also happened from 69 to 70.1)
Actual results:
english language pack is not updated and firefox's language is a mixed arabic and english in various menus
last time it worked with a firefox restart after a while (restarts didn't work before)
this time i think an add-on update check or a restart as well.. it just doesn't seem to update with firefox
