this is a nuisance, really, but it could lead to big trouble if you download a
file that is very long and mistype the name.  it would be much better to have
the little "save this to disc?" message include the name of the file you've
selected to download rather than having to type it in.

also, the status and time remaining don't work.  i assume that's just not done
yet.
