User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Make sure Firefox is closed (check Dock indicator)
- Launch Firefox by clicking on any URL in any program (like Thunderbird, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
Actual results:
The window associated with the launched URL will have broken menus with no text. New windows do not have this issue. The problem goes away only if the window associated with the launched URL is closed.
Expected results:
The window should have a proper Menu bar, with all text displayed.
