1605861 - Only enable mDNS hostname obfuscation on Nightly

We might want to hold off enabling hostname obfuscation on release until Bug 1605815 is fixed, so I'll prepare a patch now just in case we need it for that or another bug.

Dan can you request uplift?
I'll just mark it approved now so we can be sure to land it in beta before the merge.
