The zoom effect doesn't work on the following buttons and scenarios, when mousedowning them in customize mode:

  1. Reload
  2. URL bar
  3. Spacers
  4. Firefox Accounts
  5. Downloads
  6. Bookmarks Toolbar
  7. In RTL (because of the other transform rule that flips them):
    a. Back
    b. Forward
    c. Forget
