ver 71.0 tabs are back on top. they belong on bottom!

Steps to reproduce:
upgraded to ver 71.0
Actual results:
Tabs are back on top.
I had to do much research to get them back on the bottom of a previous version.
Finally got a hack from another user the fix the problem. I don't know how to fix this.
Why do you keep putting them on top where hardly no one wants them?
This is supposed to be a user friendly browser, and it certainly is not when you keep relocating the tabs to the top without any option to put them back on bottom..
Expected results:
Tabs belong on bottom, or have an option to place them on top or bottom.

Tabs have been only on top for many years and the userChrome.css customizations you're using are not supported. Update your styles with the ones from https://github.com/Aris-t2/CustomCSSforFx/tree/master/classic/css/tabs and if you're still having trouble, refer to a forum like https://www.reddit.com/r/FirefoxCSS/
