The network cache telemetry added in bug 1506534 will expire in Nightly on 2020-01-06 when its version number gets increased to 74:
The probe will either need to be renewed or removed.

Dragana, are we still interested in this telemetry? IIRC, the decision was that instead of implementing the isolation in the cache, the upper layer will use aIdExtension parameter which will ensure the isolation. If it already happened we should probably remove the probes, because they are useful only before the isolation is implemented.

We already have this implemented, (a bit different by origin not the first-party). We can remove the telemetry.
