Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020721 BuildID: 2002072104 I just upgraded my Mozilla/1.1 Alpha to Mozilla/1.1 Beta, & find a very annoying behavior change. I have a mail open in MS Outlook. It actually is a newsletter containing many links. I normally click interesting links as I read the newsletter, delete the mail, & go on clearing remaining mails. I will read the opened links later in the day - clearing mail, normal office work, & reading newsletter articles each have different priorities, & will be handled at different times during the day. All Mozilla releases before 1.1 Beta used to open each link in a separate window. This meant I could safely click a link in Outlook, minimize the resulting Mozilla window, & go on with my normal work - sure that Mozilla would have this article ready when I am ready to read it. I think this is also the normal IE behavior. Now Mozilla has "regressed" to Netscape 4.x behavior - clicking a link opens it in the last opened Mozilla window! Means if I click 3 links one after the other, first two links are "lost"!! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. See description above.
