[Affected Versions]:

• Firefox Dev Edition 72.0b11
• Nightly 73.0a1

[Prerequisites]:

• Have 72.0b11 Dev Edition build downloaded or installed.
• Have access to the stage delivery console.
• Have an active branched-addon recipe for the Search Interventions experiment. You can use my created recipe.
• Have a user.js file that contains all the prefs needed to be targeted by the Normandy recipe. You can use my created user.js.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. In the profile directory copy the user.js file.
3. Restart the browser.
4. After enrolling in the treatment branch type "firefox clear cache" in the URL bar.
5. Click the "Choose what to clear..."
6. Dismiss the "Clear Recent History" panel.
7. Navigate through the triggered survey and observe it's content.

[Expected result]:

• The survey contains questions and are correctly displayed.

[Actual result]:

• The survey is incomplete and doesn't contain any questions.

[Notes]:

• The issue is reproducible for all tips and both branches (control and treatment).
• Attached a screen recording with the issue.

The survey page now has questions, but TBH I'm not sure they're finalized, so maybe we should leave this open for now.

I can confirm that the survey is complete and contains questions that are correctly displayed. The experiment is already live and we just finished testing it on Firefox Beta 74.
Considering this I will update the status of the bug in Verified - Fixed.
