Steps to reproduce:
- Open Youtube, play a video
- Open it in PIP mode
Environment:
Arch Linux
Linux kernel 5.4.8
KDE 5.65.0 / Plasma 5.17.4
GTK Theme: Breeze
Actual results:
The PIP window shrinks on its own to a very small size (see screenshot attached).
Expected results:
PIP window should open normally.

Can you resize the PIP window after that?
Yes, it can be moved and resized.

I just checked, on Windows 10 the issue does not reproduce.
