rusttests are run for every push on Linux 32/64 debug/opt and Windows 32/64 debug/opt, and take ~5-10 minutes on Linux and ~25-30 minutes on Linux. This means we spend quite a bit of time on every push for rusttests.
We could instead run one configuration per platform on autoland, and all configurations on mozilla-central.
