Accessing a HTML doc through file: protocol, with a document.write to place an
image is not blocking the image.
I have images.slashdot.org blocked (I have images blocked on most sites that I
use regularly). It blocks file while on-line. Whenever I save a page (I'll
attach one), and then load in file:, some images are blocked, and some still
load. But, if I 'View Image' from the context menu on the ones that load, they
WON'T load by themselves. So Moz does realize it's blocked.

Block images.slashdot.org. Load this via file:. Notice the ad at the top still
loads, but won't show if you 'View Image' it.

Works fine (blocks all images) viewing it online at mozilla.org, but when I save
the attachment, and open it via file:, I still see the bug.
