Details

It is common to get review requests for changes to sync-messages.ini where the description field is blank. We should never add a new sync message without a good justification, so the description field for new messages should not be blank. We could make the IPDL compiler complain if you do that. Nika was going to write a patch to give a default "legacy" kind of description to existing messages, and then we could add this.
